Engineering from the University of Oklahoma. He became a Professional Engineer in 1961 and

Mr. Wilson joined the oil industry as a roughneck on a drilling rig, obtained a BS in Petroleum
Engineering from the University of Oklahoma. He became a Professional Engineer in 1961 and
has dedicated his life to the oil industry in many countries. He is a Professional Engineer of
Texas.
Mr. Wilson researched, wrote and published the Net Positive Suction Head Requirements for
Reciprocating Pumps. He designed, built and started the first fully packaged water flood unit at
Bethlehem Steel. He has attended and presented at numerous technical schools focused on oil
and gas, as well as studying business management and financial controls. Mr. Wilson was both
Operating Chairman and Engineering Chairman for several of the world’s largest waterfloods in
SE Saskatchewan, Canada. All fields required unitization and waterflooding.
Mr. Wilson was a Senior Engineer with Exxon in Libya from 1967 to 1972 and progressed
through Reservoir Engineering (mathematical modeling), Production Engineering, Workover
and Drilling, and then into Gas Engineering where he was assigned to drilling gas wells. He was responsible for supplying a 500 MMCFD LNG cryogenic plant. Mr. Wilson created the Libyan Association of Petroleum Technologists, an oilfield technical society in Libya.
Mr. Wilson was Manager of Engineering for James A. Lewis Engineering one of the foremost
consulting companies and then Manager of Champlin Petroleum from 1972 to 1982. In 1982,
he created Wilson Energy. The company was focused on exploration and production. Wilson
Energy has owned and operated over 200 wells in Texas, Louisiana, Montana, Colorado and
Wyoming. In 1998, he created Global Energy in Belize, Nigeria and the United States. Over
$211 million was raised and invested in the design, construction and installation of a Natural
Gas Liquids (NGL) plant in Nigeria.
